Flexible, Private Swim Lessons
Our online scheduling system is designed to be the most family friendly booking system on the market. You pick and choose the days and times you would like for your swimmer. Our flexible booking packages are perfect for those seeking the benefits of private swim lessons, but need the flexibility of on-demand scheduling. What is a flexible swim lesson package?
Flexible lessons can be scheduled by you as often as you like, even up to the day of the lesson. With these packages, you have the flexibility of not committing to a weekly day and time. We don’t guarantee day/time/instructor consistency, but it’s a great way to get in the water quickly.
Lessons are 30 minutes of 1-1 time held at the day and time that you choose, with the instructor that you sign up with. This is great for busy families that need flexible booking options, or want to bring their swimmers in for a brush up session. It’s also great for new clients that want to check us out and try out one lesson. You can signup for openings anytime throughout the month, even on the day of. Our new openings for the next month will open on the 15th of every month.
How to Book

1. Create an Account
Enter your basic information and you’re on your way! Please make sure you’re entering the parent/guardian’s information if you are signing up a kiddo. Their registration comes next. Start registering here.

2. Add Swimmers
You have the ability to add just yourself if you are the swimmer, or multiple dependents/siblings if you’re signing up a minor. This is necessary for complete flexibility on each of their schedules. You can click multiple appointments and assign different kiddos.

3. Schedule Lessons
After purchasing a package of at least one lesson, you have access and the ability to schedule your lesson(s) whenever you want. You have total control over the schedule. The schedule will open up on the 15th of the month with next month’s availability.

Add child or dependent’s information if you are booking for a minor
If you have more than one sibling, click “Add Another Dependent” and create profiles for each (this allows you to book separate lessons for siblings with ease)
If you are finished at one, click “Next Step”
Add parent or guardian’s information
Create a password, enter your name, phone number, address, and accept the terms of service
Click “Sign Up”
Waivers
Click “Sign Now” for each child (you will have to do them separately if you have more than one kiddo)
Enter the child’s full name
Read, initial, and sign the waiver documents

After you’ve created a SLWM WellnessLiving account and registered the swimmer(s), you will need to purchase packages of lesson tokens.
Lessons open up for booking on the 15th of the previous month at 7am. You can signup for openings at anytime throughout the month.
(ex: you can start to book all your October lessons on Sept. 15 at 7am)
Please note - when booking for a dependent, you need to click on their profile first, then visit the booking calendar second. This will allow you to schedule for another person on your account. You can only schedule for people on your account that have lessons available - keep this in mind when choosing who to purchase the packs of lessons for.

We require clients to purchase a package of 1 or 8 lessons after signing up for an account. Your credit card will be charged for the lessons up front.
As you schedule lessons, your lesson tokens will be deducted from the package.

Our system is a cancel first, reschedule second process flow. To cancel a lesson, log in to your Pike13 SWLM account. You are able to cancel and reschedule a lesson up to 5 days in advance of your scheduled lesson. When canceling, you’ll be given a lesson token that you can reschedule at a later date.
120 hours or less before your scheduled lesson, you will not be allotted a lesson token to reschedule. There is a limit of 2 reschedule credits / month.
Late cancellations and/or no shows are not eligible for reschedules. We do appreciate you reaching out to let us know as soon as you can if you will not be able to make it.
